Standard shipping is not trackable, unfortunately we are unable to tell you where it is.
Tracked & Signed shipping comes with a Royal Mail tracking number can be used to track your item. Should your item get lost, a claim can be made to reimburse you.
Delays sometimes happen due to various reasons. Usually this can be due to it getting stuck in customs if your order is sent internationally.

Standard Domestic Shipping has an aim of 2-3 business days. Express Domestic Shipping has an aim of next business day on top of the 1-3 day processing time.
Worldwide International Shipping has an aim of 2-3 weeks on top of the 1-3 day processing time. Tracked orders generally arrive quicker.

Yes. We can customise your prosthetic to suit your requirements. Please use the Custom Request form for more information.
This varies depending on the design.
Generally we ask for 1-2 weeks to sculpt, mould and cast your custom prosthetic. But if it's for a larger piece these timescales can be longer.
Our prosthetics come with full colour instructions which detail all of the items we recommend to apply our prosthetics.
