UK and EU rules

Cancellations 
Our products are hand made to order. Should you wish to cancel your order, we will require notice no more than 3 hours after the order has been placed. 

 

Returns and Exchanges
We can only accept a return if a product has arrived damaged or defective. Images will need to be provided of the item to determine its condition. The product must not have been removed from its individual packaging as we will be unable to verify if the damage occurred in transit if so.

Your refund will be made to the same payment method you used to place the order. 

The item MUST be returned in the condition as discussed at the point of return request. Should the item be damaged in return transit, a claim would need to be taken up with the courier.

 

  • We do not offer returns on any discounted or sale items.
  • We can only accept returns from the original customer.
  • We do not offer returns on any B grade stock that may be advertised as such.

 

Return shipping costs will not be refunded, and will need to be covered by the customer.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me within 14 days if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible should an item being returned go missing.
